Hope to have an impact on the world through writing....

palms fit into palms eyes secretly aligned, future secured and in sight footsteps along the same path in due time; you and I ending will be the start the start of our path use our voice to take an oath if our ship sinks; use a life jacket to stay afloat we will drift and still be close with hands held, I will pull you to my chest feel the hearts beat together and forever before death, during death and after you will be my greatest laughter Title: Resemble

Hello Kae-Jan, Welcome to the site. You have made an impressive debut as your poems have an ease of fluency and honesty. I was particularly taken with Resemble and Tales of a Penny. Keep on writing as I believe you will make an impact, one which you will earn and deserve. Thank you. Keith
