Natural Perversion: The sky runs from black to red A perversion of the natural The hunt begins Slowly At first It stalks, slows its breathing The prey is none the wiser Closer now Its breath wet with anticipation Hunger Closer, still Time is suspended Muscle and tendons coil with carnal lust Then Without warning It lunges The ground runs from shadow to shimmer A natural perversion
