Good Afternoon Eugene, or at least it is here in the Canary Islands where I live. Your biography caught my eye when I read the words Escondido, California. I was in that part of the world in the 1980´s at University near San Diego. I took my driving test in Escondido.
I am interested to hear of your short stories. So far I have only dabbled with poetry but am tempted to enter the world of stories soon. Katherine Mansfield is a favourite of mine and wrote using that particular genre. I have not read any of your work. Is it available online?
