I dare say dead romances leaves plenty of time and heart space for great writing as witnessed here. Write on Mika! ?

Almost worse than the absence of the burning fire is the Absolute Zero of the 'confirmation' you mention.
Great poem!

This is an interesting write Mika. Whenever someone writes like this you never know if they are writing about themselves, someone they know or a collective body. Only the poet knows, and has the right to retain the know
As you say you wrote it
'For all the married couples missing their days of romance'
whether, you, me. or anyone else.......

Thanks V, Tom & Don for reading and commenting.
Whether it is from personal experience or not is not the point. We all long for romance, love, and to be desired.
As for the ‘confirmation’ - it’s the unspoken confirmation that hits you the hardest.
