Thanks for the responses, one and all. Once I got those
first lines down, the rest seemed to come quite quickly -
which reminds me of the words from famous lyricist
Sammy Cahn about writing lyrics - they can take minutes
or months! The muse (or for Mr Cahn - the music ?) was
with me!
I've made my own objection to this planning application and
had it acknowledged online today by
Hinckley and Bosworth Council ?

Are they really suggesting such desecration? Some will stoop at nothing for greed and the dollar. As Martin says it must have taken you a while to put together. Well done MC ?

A very clever and well thought out protest poem Mark. Must have taken you a while to put it together. however I think it would work even better in a live situation.
