Long Gone, I suppose, reflects the Joni Mitchell line "you don't know what you've got 'til its gone" and is about being mindful, not deluding ourselves or taking life for granted. Patricia and Stefan, thank you so much! As per my bio, I have barely written anything for 20 years until all my work disappeared last year. Long Gone percolated in my head for almost a year and then finally came together this past week. I was delighted to read your comments. Paul x
