Hi Shirley.Having,like lots of other people,been through what you are going through,we know exactly how you must feel.The last thing you need is as you state in this poem not to be told to snap out of it.It unfortunately has to run its course.Our thoughts are with you.And you should not have to concern yourself about bringing others down-it is their problem if they lack compassion and understanding.Please keep bearing the fact in mind that you WILL come out of it-and obviously,the sooner the better.Bearing in mind what you are going through,it must have taken a great deal of effort for you to take time to read our latest poem and leave such a nice comment on it-lets hope this is a sign that you are pulling out of this dark phase.
