Equality and empowerment

What is it?
Is it about being superior,
Or being inferior,
Or dominating,
Or submissive.

What is it?
Is it being loud or noisy,
Or outraging the modesty,
Or just to be a rebel to prove it,
Or to discard culture stating it old fashion,

Or it could be
Soft and sensitive,
Genuine and kind,
Feminine and strong,
Calm and peaceful.

Or it  could be
to stand up after the storm,
to define modesty outside the physical self,
to be independent in every aspect,
to prove self by actions not mere words.

It could be
many sweet things,
firmed up strongly,
why to be masculine,
when being feminine is so mesmerizing and strong.

Why to be pretentious,
When being self is uniquely amazing,
Why to carry bitterness in soul?
When the world could be captured by jaggery.

Ankita,

This may come off sounding glib and trite, but someone needs to start this discussion:

If equality exists at all, it would not require empowerment, only vigilance.
