Felixpoo You

I’m coming to you on the train
Don’t know what’s wrong with my brain
I want to see the sea
And I miss your face at tea

Don’t get any ideas now
This is just typical me
But, I can only follow my heart
You know I’m not that smart

I was reading poetry in the pub
In familiar surroundings in the hub
Of the concourse at
Liverpool Street Station
Where once excitement reigned
And I’d look forward to alighting the train
On my way to seeing you again

This time it’s very different
But, I felt happy with the trains
And I wanted to see you again
I don’t know what’s wrong with my brain
But, I’m visiting Felixpoo and you
I’ll be there in an hour or two

Don’t let the butterflies fly
I’m only coming on by
Nothing to see in this
It’s only our little bliss
With just a peck for a kiss
And a cuddle or two
Just while I’m visiting

Felixpoo and you
