Chiedza: Reflections book launch 29/04/2019

So many emotions going through my body. 27/04/2019, the day I’ll never forget. Preparations taken, money invested, roads travelled, tissues abused by my overjoy tears and moments of reflection, frustration, fun and all things in between. A road well-travelled. So much learnt and appreciated, loads more to be grateful for, what can a girl wish for.

2006, a 12-year-old makes a pact with self, God and future self. Discipline, ambition, drive, belief, good grades, a happy life, writing, achieving, you name it. 13 years later she reflects on the promise, can I say “great minds think alike” Ngonidzashe Diana Johns, you have made me so proud, humbled and honoured to have thought to ground me with this letter, something I will carry with me till my dying breath.
Today as I sit here and reflect, pen down new dreams and goals for the future, I am fulfilled, motivated, hungry for more and ready to take on new challenges. I am bursting with new ideas, new moves to make.

2019 will forever be a year to remember, honour and reflect upon.

To my family, friends, supporters and colleagues, thank you for the love. I am grateful beyond measure.

A glimpse into the night, professional pics and all to follow.

Thank you.
