Tears

Falling down assisted by

9.2 meters per second.

Tears heading downward cried.

Spots on the face beckon.

Falling feathers for the face.

Salted rivulets embrace

Nooks and crannies of the face.

Cascading at a steady pace

Familiar to the human race.

Tears born in scary place.

Is there anyone who never cried

Oops I just espied

over there they told a lie.

Cross your heart hope to die.

Even flying pigs can cry.

Saline water magicked from

psychological reaction upon,

Turns physical the collapse

of minds eye in the mental sky.

So electrical riven from synapse.

But why?

Why the eye that cries.

Is a question apart

And needs little thought

On the physical part.

But the philosopher

With open mind

Will tell you minds apart.

Tears begin their fall

In loves caress

of the broken heart.

I really like this. Calling out all liars, "even flying pigs can cry" really matches the whimsical with reality. Despite flow or lack, tears always mean something.
