Elected Inchworm

(Right, now I'm not so tired that I virtually couldn't read, I'll explain. I loved the almost sinister, repetitive nursery rhyme quality of the Inchworm song. I've always fancied trying to do something around that, which I tried this morning after a long night at work. I'm not saying that I think my efforts paid off, it's more experimental really, but listen to the original on the video, which is great, by the way. I just find it fascinating)

Two and two are four,

Four and four are eight,

Eight and eight are sixteen,

Sixteen and sixteen are thirty two......

Inchworm, inchworm,

Measuring the truths untold,

You turn I fear, the deafest ear,

To those with no choice.

Inchworm, inchworm,

Measuring the truths untold,

Seems to me,

That you should see,

That we need a voice......

Two and two are four,

Four and four are eight,

Eight and eight are sixteen,

Sixteen and sixteen are thirty two.o

Two and two are four,

Four and four are eight..............

I've always wanted to experiment with the back chorus of a song called Inchworm. There's something about it that has quite a sinister undertone I think. Just messing about with it really, 'cos I think it's fascinating.
