I didn't write as they said,
directed or instructed.
Naturally I was outcasted.
I was not in a hyped review or
Concocted rostrum.
"Just gibberish" they said.
I didn't not mind.
Why should I ?
My words and emotions are
no saleable commodities.
I write for I have to write.
My joys within are my best reviews.

Your poem describes exactly the way I feel about writing.
The style will change over time, but as long as you are happy with what you have put across (at that particular time) that's ok.
At least that's the way I see it.
