speckle dark branches
a sparrow alights
floral perfume
on mellow evening breeze
a blood-red sun sets
autumn coloured leaves
covering forest glade
a murmuration flies
stark dank branches
clawing into dark skies
a snowflake falls
I'm still a bit uncomfortable with haiku - never sure what's good. So thanks for the confidence boost.

lovely haiku trev. i particularly like the second, lot of descriptive imagery yet still holds its form.
