turning them over, it was as I thought:

different meanings

different strokes for different folks,

hastily assembled in ragged ranks

all stary eyed

 

come to serve the masterminds

revealing well known and trusted themes,

 

turning over new exotic leaves

page by page, just so much foliage,

and us reborn all starry eyed

in mangers with personal stars to guide us.
