Writing from Art with Elizabeth Burns

Litfest is offering a writing workshop using The Storey Gallery in Lancaster, using their spring group exhibition – What Happens If...? as a stimulus.

In the sessions you will explore what the artworks mean to you and where they lead you on your writing journey.

The workshop will be led by Elizabeth Burns, an experienced workshop leader who has worked in adult education, and who has published several anthologies. You can find out more about Elizabeth at:

The cost is £40 (£30 concessions) for the entire course comprising 5 sessions, booking is essential and places must be reserved before 2nd February. To book online and for more information go to:

The course will run at The Storey on Thursday evenings from 7pm-9pm, from 25th February to 25th March, and is the first in what is hoped will be a wide-ranging series of poetry and fiction writing workshops in partnership with The Storey Gallery.
