Bursting at the seams

Her lips are sewn shut
Her seams ripping at the sides
She has been stuffed with fluff
Much more than she can hold
Her fragile fabric fraying
As it stretches across her thighs
The stuffing is suffocating
Her stories wanting to be told

Yet peculiarly it's pouring
From within her beating chest
The stuffing slowly flowing
Into her already swollen breast

Her lips are sewn shut
Her seams slowly opening
As now it has become clear
The thread must be cut.
