Donations are essential to keep Write Out Loud going

Bright Light

As I seek to grab hold of a new destiny
With a blistering pause that silences critics
With a precise wording as impressive antics
That might signify act of lust or penalty

Will she grab my loose ends to make me feel complete
Or they'll be left untied for no other reason
That she can't fit through holes of this jealous treason
As the trombones ring loud to departure of fleet

Savour all the moments that will complete the path
As the sole redemption through the eyes of the Pearl
For the thrill of joy ride on the way to much swirl

The future looks brighter with the close after wrath
As the bright light shines through to see end of tunnel
That guards all the secrets of the hometown's funnel

◄ Where will it go?

To my grand-daughters ►
