If you were born in, or are resident, working or studying in Sussex, you’re eligible to enter the Brighton and Hove arts council’s £1,000 poetry competition. The deadline is 15 October, and prizes will be presented by poet laureate Carol Ann Duffy during the BHAC poetry festival on 18 November. More details
