There seems to be 

Some confusion

 

You're actually 

Playing the villain 

 

You don't get to sleep 

With the heroine 

 

The kids are the ones 

The audience sympathize with

 

You do get some of the best lines

They fly over everyone's heads

 

You might be surprised

How much goes in to your performance

 

It's not like we didn't 

Think of someone else

 

It's not like you're not 

Sympathetic 

 

But you took a wrong turn 

Somewhere on the path 

 

And then it comes 

To a very sticky end
