Anthology of poems backing Jeremy Corbyn to be launched

Ten poets among the 50 who have contributed to an anthology in support of Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn will read from the collection at a launch in London next month. Poems for Jeremy Corbyn, edited by Merryn Williams and published by Shoestring Press, will be launched at the radical bookshop Housmans in Caledonian Road, King’s Cross, on Friday 14 October, from 7-9pm. Those reading in London will be Janine Booth, Neil Beardmore, Katherine Gallagher, Helen Kidd, Tom McColl, Barbara Cumbers, Mark Haworth-Booth, Alwyn Marriage, Adrian Green, and Kevin Higgins. Poems for Jeremy Corbyn is published on 15 September, and entry is free to the London launch.
