Teddy Bear

The delightful treasure that was found in closet
A brown plushed teddy bear wearing gracious old age
That was your favorite, your emotional range
Helping you through bad hell and your moving reset

Hugging it till eyes pop and feeling the smooth plush
On your dusty old hands, you think of memories
Of english tea parties and bedtime light fairies
Soul is remembering those awkwardly wet blush

The fragrance of this fur still capture weird feelings
Of daisies and horses on the farm of my aunt
Where my bear would savor moments of precious rant

As time grew, tired age my mind kept old reelings
But time needs to escape and we need to forget
The past is just the past, live without big regret!

lovey poem, I like this very much and living without regret is a wonderful thing to be able to do, savor the past and live without regret... Michelle
