We’re sorry to say that since Saturday Microsoft has been blocking emails sent out from our server, which has meant that people with @live, @hotmail and @outlook email addresses were no longer receiving notifications from Write Out Loud. Microsoft now say they have unblocked our emails, after we contacted them, although this may take up to 48 hours to become effective in some cases. Anyone who still has problems should contact Write Out Loud’s Paul Emberson at paul@writeoutloud.net. Do also please let Paul know if you feel you have received any unwanted emails from Write Out Loud. We need to know about that as well.
