I write for HIM

Half awake

Slid the window

A fresh face

Sprayed by

Bracing breeze

Leaving on my cheeks

Sanguine Smile

Text popped up,

“This one is ‘Amazing’;

That one was awesome”

My phone laughed back

He didn’t get it

Ornamental and Obtuse

Angle of love

Must have scrolled

My poetic maze

Reading between

Abstruse adjectives

Searching me,

Finding himself

In my verses

Neither hours spent

On Facebook

Nor chased him

On Whats app radar

He is rather

always "last seen"

By my first nap

In scenery and stories

Oddly in objects

Repeated rhythm

Digit and a date

On my entire self

He is crafted

Permanently inked

May not deduce

My play of words

Similes or Metaphors

Muse of Mine

Knows the language

Of my soul and,

That I write for him
