Local writers and emerging poets in lineup at Reading festival

There’s a strong emphasis on local writers and presses and on young and emerging poets at Reading poetry festival, from 7-9 November. The weekend's readings, lectures and conversations include  events on war poetry, on two poets born a century ago, John Berryman and Dylan Thomas, and one who died a decade ago, Michael Donaghy.

The lineup includes Don Paterson, Jane Draycott, John Greening, Adam Foulds, Hannah Lowe, Vidyan Ravinthiran, Ian Duhig, Kathryn Maris, AF Harrold (pictured), Kate Clanchy, Sarah Howe, Amy Key, Rebecca Perry, Rachel Piercey, Jennifer Wong, Amy Cutler, Jay Bernard, and Camellia Stafford.
