A deep love inside my heart that will always stay

You were so little, and I wanted to guide the way

Still unsure of life’s daily battles, I’d still chose to protect you with all of my being

I’d make troublesome mistakes that I didn’t want you to see, but as sisters you never stopped believing

Age did not matter, the both of you still my very best friend

Holding your secrets and your pain, simultaneously you did the same, allowing my broken heart to mend

Every journey, I had ring side seats to watch you grow

First days of school, first talents, first dances, first boyfriends, first defeat, first joy, my own reality TV show

To be your sister, your role model, it’s endless amount of pride

Maturity has come since the years have passed, but I still want to be along for the ride, with your every stride

Ironically, looking at you today, you are the role models.  You’ve become two bright stars.

Fear, never a factor, set goals, accomplished goals, reached dreams and so much more. You’ve manage to do all that was aspired

Although adults now, remember you’ll always be my baby sisters, as a big sister I will always be yours

As life changes direction for us all, I will still be here at your beckon call

It’s your duty to still share with me your secrets, and to lean on me

Your big sister I want to forever be

Since your birth, your love has consumed a vacancy in my heart

I will soon be a bride, each of you I will need by side

I’ll have children, to which you will have a critical relationship to foster

As the tide washes against the shore, and life brings us the unexpected

Remember we have a bond that can’t be broken
