A spoken word night is celebrating its third year by publishing a second anthology of poetry. Hosts Janice Windle and Donall Dempsey say in their foreword to the 2014 anthology of Pop Up Poetry in Guildford: “The energy of the group has gone from strength to strength … every month new poets and audience have come along to take part in the open mic and listen to the featured poets.” Among the 68 poets in the anthology are Steve Pottinger, Stephen Boyce, David Cooke, Gary From Leeds, AF Harrold, Mel Jones, Wendy Klein, Alwyn Marriage, Bethany W Pope, Chrys Salt, Pauline Sewards, and Paul Sutherland.  The anthology will be launched at the Bar Des Arts in Guildford on Tuesday 30 September, at 7.30pm.
