A Strange Epiphany

A Strange Epiphany

Fate and belief fly out The Doors

Reason and will weigh wearily within my mind

Unknown my future

Less and less my mind’s design

A realization today

I’m living

For so much more than I’ve ever known

A real frustration today

With living

For a new love I cannot begin to know

I try to let the clouds drip upon my heart

Grounded so low my soul fell into the Earth

While what was once wonderful;

was wonderfully the while

My colourless life requires defenses

A brilliant foundation and cadence

Conquering mere essentials alone

Upon which life may be grown

A punishing exploration

Three myths short of the truth

Agonizing deprecation

Creepith forth deaf and mute

There is no team in I

Flip mountains

See there’s we in team

Of what curse will I find?

Cross oceans

She’s there in my dream
