For the thinkers, privileged
With time to think, reflect, contemplate
Ponder about life
Existentialism, existence
"I think, therefore I am"
For the disgruntled, weary
Tired, disappointed
Lost and confused
"I drink, therefore I am?"
For the poor man,
Back-breaking labour
Exhausted and broken
Carrying orders
Helpless and no longer feeling
"I blink, therefore I am?"
Preeti I do not wish to hog your site, but as I checked your change (seeking) I noticed another work. 'I am'. It is very generous in out-look, sympathetic and empathetic and diametrically opposed to 'I'll tell you when'. It shows a broad range of attitude that is always welcome on this site. tommy

I am honoured by your comments! And please feel free to critique my work :) I am here to learn from experienced and established poets like yourself.
I also left some thoughts on a couple of your poems :)
I have been "thinking" about Descartes :) And realized that maybe his famous saying doesn't apply equally to everyone? I am too under-read to offer any deeper insight!
