Forever Now and All I Might Have

entry picture

Forever now and all I might have
been. I have never loved like
this. Never everything. Never from
town to town, or where I lay asleep,
Or my hand straight and deer watching
as they take, hollowed before dark
and venturing to where day breaks.

This is dazzlingly powerful. A dreamscape. I am there, amidst the deer and trees and mist.

The first few lines are powerful. I had to read this several times because it just resonates so beautifully. Thank you for sharing :-)
