Charlotte Henson wins erbacce-press prize for poetic 'essence'

Charlotte Henson has won the erbacce-press poetry prize which includes publication of her collection. She was chosen by the erbacce panel “for originality and consistency as well as the ability to hew and prune a poem until all that was left was its essence”. Erbacce-press is a small publishing house working as a writers’ co-operative, and based in Liverpool. Henson, who is from Bury, edits Astronaut Zine, which publishes work by young writers.
