Scriptwriting masterclasses with Jimmy McGovern and David Nobbs

Top scriptwriters, David Nobbs (Reggie Perrin) and “godfather of British drama”, Jimmy McGovern (Cracker, Hillsborough, The Lakes, The Street, etc), will be interviewed live on stage by Write Out Loud's own Julian Jordon at Wigan Words 09 literary festival.

And you can put your own questions to them via this website and Julian promises to include as many of your questions as possible, and pu tht ereplies back up on the site.

There’s also chance to hone your own screenwriting skills in a day-long workshop which Julian has been commissioned to run for the festival later that same week.

Having met both writers, Julian has also written a short piece on each, within the discussions.
