*sweeth is a blend sweet and sweat and teeth, a non-dictionary, non-slang experimental word, neologism, if you will.
Note how the self-declaration (italicised couplet & succeeding non-rhymed tercet) is immediately followed by 'society's' response in the last stanza, flagged by the parenthetical [ to you ].
