entry picture

The former poet laureate Sir Andrew Motion, and the national poet of Wales, Gillian Clarke will be judging the £5,000 2013 Cardiff International poetry competition. Its deadline is 15 February 2013. The organsiers say: "The competition is accessible to all; it doesn’t matter if you are an established poet or just dabble with verse now and then. All entries to the competition will be judged anonymously, so this is a great opportunity to have your poetry judged on its own merits." Second and third prize winners receive £500 and £250. The filter judge for the competition is Samantha Wynne-Rhydderch. More entry details
