The art of reading out loud: Rhian Edwards passes on tips at Dylan Thomas festival

entry picture

Rhian Edwards, who was shortlisted earlier this year for the Forward first collection prize – and interviewed by Write Out Loud  - is running a workshop on reading poems aloud at the Dylan Thomas festival, at the centre named after the poet in Swansea. The festival is from 27 October to 9 November. Other poets appearing there include Ireland’s Paul Durcan, Welsh language poet Menna Elfin, Samantha Wynne-Rhydderch, and Swansea poet Nigel Jenkins. Another big attraction is the Stan Tracey Quartet performing the A Child’s Christmas in Wales jazz suite. More details
