Poetry Can Competition

Poetry Can is pleased to announce the Poetry Can Poetry Competition 2007, launched on 2nd April.
After a successful inaugural competition, The Poetry Can Poetry Competition is open again for entries.
This competition is open to poets of all ages resident in the UK, with the prize being publication of 500 copies of a collection for the winning poet.
Poetry Can Poetry Competition 2006 winner, Elizabeth Whyman,  is well on her way to completing her collection, which will be her first, and, published by Poetry Can, will be launched at Bristol Poetry Festival 2007.
Basic rules of entry are as follows:
Submission fee is £15 for which entrants must submit 10 poems.
Poems may be in any style, length, and on any theme.
Only one entry of 10 poems per entrant.
Entries must be submitted by post only.
Entries must be postmarked no later than 30th June 2007.
Entries will be judged anonymously.
Judge to be announced.
