I will give you some advice

And I think it’s really nice.

It can be for you quite useful

As my words are always truthful.

Learn to say surely “Yes!”

Honestly in your sins confess.

You say “Yes!” when there’s no doubt

In the things you speak about.

Learn to say your strongest “No!”

And your confidence will grow.

It’s not easy but worth learning,

Into happiness it’s turning.

Everyone has his own truth.

So, don’t be scared to be uncouth

Say "No!" even if your friends ask;

To learn it is not an easy task.

You shouldn't oppress your soul,

Deny if you want to reach a goal.

Life is not a foreign resident,

It’s more difficult to pretend.

Otherwise you’ll have to say:

Farewell my life, I give up.

And…you’ll see your empty cup.

Then…slowly… you’ll dissolve

In the life of other -

Your friends, sisters, brothers…
