Charlotte Henson launches Pharmacopoeia

entry picture

Young poet Charlotte Henson is launching her second collection, Pharmacopoeia, at Bury library at 7pm on 16 April. Also on the bill will be Superheroes of Slam champion Mark Mace-Smith, reading from his own book, Jobseeker’s Annoyance. Entry is £3/£2. Charlotte will also be running an hour-long workshop before the main event, at 5.30pm, with the same entry charge, which entitles you to attend both events. On her blog, Charlotte pays tribute to Write Out Loud Middleton’s organiser, Gemma Lees, for helping her in her early days: “It was she who told me about Write Out Loud … Write Out Loud was where it started for me.”  More details and Map
