Poets at Glastonbury
For those of you lucky enough to be going to Glastonbury this year don't forget to visit the "Poetry and Word Tent" where you might see such luminaries as Tony Walsh, Thick Richard, Andy Craven-Griffths and Oz Hardwick.
Also performing is Elvis McGonagall, Glastonbury Festival website's first poet in residence. Elvis is the 2006 World Slam Champion, the compere of the notorious Blue Suede Sporran Club and one of the poets occasionally in residence on BBC Radio 4's Saturday Live. Elvis will be giving progress reports over the Festival weekend and treating the audience to some of his poems composed on site.
