Ted Hughes festival at Hebden Bridge

Hebden Bridge plays host, appropriately, to the Ted Hughes festival from Friday 21 October to Sunday 23 October, at various venues including Hebden Library in Cheetham Street. The three-day weekend of events includes readings and workshops by Liz Lochhead, Andrew McMillan, Carola Luther, Paul Cookson, and Gaia Holmes. Saturday 22 October is Poetry Day, organised by James Nash and featuring readings and workshops from poets including Clare Shaw, Kim Moore and Ivy Alvarez.  More details
