The future of poetry magazine publishing: PN Review debate

A discussion about poetry magazine publishing now and in the future will be one of the features of an evening in Manchester celebrating the 200th issue of leading UK poetry magazine PN Review. The event at the International Anthony Burgess Foundation, Engine House, Chorlton Mill, Cambridge Street, on 8 September also includes Patrick McGuinness, PN Review contributor and Booker-prize longlisted author, lecturing on Donald Davie and the editing of PN Review. The poetry magazine discussion will be chaired by John McAuliffe (Manchester Review) and feature panel members Rory Waterman (New Walk magazine), Carol Rumens (the Guardian) and James Byrne (The Wolf). followed by audience questions. There will also be a poetry reading from Tara Bergin and Jeffrey Wainwright. Drinks at 5.30pm for 6pm lecture. The event is free. Map
