Bedford open poetry competition

Poet, tutor, freelance editor and critic Paul Groves will be judging this year’s Bedford Open poetry competition. Deadline for the competition, first prize £300, is 18 November. Entrants can submit an unlimited number of poems, up to 50 lines each,  for a fee of £3 per poem. Winning entries will be published in The Interpreter’s House magazine, which is published three times a year, in February, June and October, and accepts work from new and established writers.
