Sole Judge: Penelope Shuttle - Penelope lives in Cornwall and her eighth collection of poems Redgrove's Wife was published by Bloodaxe Books in 2007. She has previously been shortlisted for the Forward Prize for Best Single Collection and the TS Ellliot award. She is a tutor for the Poetry School, Lapidus, Arvon Foundation and the Second Light Network. Penelope has previously was a judge in the 2007 National Poetry Competition.
