Moving on from where Openned poetry nights at The Foundry, London have established, consistent line-ups of today’s most important experimental contemporary poets, Manchester now houses The Other Room. Last month saw the inaugural night with Tom Jenks, Alan Halsey and Geraldine Monk. Different in format and setting to Openned, yet with the same high calibre readers, vibrancy and sense of dialogue, The Other Room is open once again
