SAVAGES

For all of me life I have been living among 'em:  savages
savages in suits
and posh dresses
now they are becoming loathsome to me
they make me skin crawl what with their hypocrisy
and cruelty.

As a kid in bed I were alone, like a boat afloat in the sea.
Spotted land?
Everywhere savages abound, in the suburbs, in the towns
and in the shitty City
savages abound.

Cultivating selfishness, meanness and spite.
their unholy trinity:
so, get it right
y've made yer bed, now lie on it,
spare the rod, spoil the child, children should be seen and not heard

These cruel words still infest the hearts of the lesser-spotted English savage:
let's book hotels without the nuisance of children,
no crying babies near you on a plane.

If children misbehave, it's the 'effin socialists to blame!
too few babies to pay your pension?
A modest proposal:
do nothing not my problemo
I'm alright Jacko.

Effin’ socialists, who needs ‘em eh!
What a shame Oswald Mosley and Enoch Powell are no longer with us.
But while there’s life there’s hope...I’ve heard Tommy Ten names is running for PM!
