One Day We All Pass Away
Do you know that one day we all die??
It's a statement, not a lie.
One day, we all pass away.
No one will happen to stay.
I beg you, be kind with the loved one.
Don't do anything just for fun
Remember that our life is too short
And another life can't be bought.
You are young; life seems endless.
Everything seems to be timeless.
And Fox doesn't come on time.
It can come on any clime.
I am not afraid to pass away.
I am afraid to cry and stay
Without noticing my dears,
Without seeing any fairs.
Remember the sweet, the dear smile.
It's now your new style.
Don't forget to forgive their mistakes.
Now you have no more breaks.
Yes, he'll forgive you, give love and hope.
But you turn up your nose and look for a rope.
You think about your career and friends
Living in different countries and Lands.
You cry out the heavy tears
You forget about your dears.
It isn't very pleasant if you don't value your life
And forget completely about your wife.
It's an art to look into someone's eye.
It's an art to see if the eyes do not lie.
Hug me one more time before you are away.
And again I want to say: I want to stay.]
Your life you have to live this way.
Up to the last drop, you leave the love-ray.
If you want to be called a human being
You have to play a different string.

Good morning Larisa,
There’s a raw honesty in your poem that really hits home. It’s like you’ve captured that uncomfortable truth we all try to avoid — that someday, none of this will matter except the love we gave and received. I keep thinking about the image of “playing a different string” to be truly human; it’s such a vivid way to say we need to change how we live and connect. Your words stay with me, urging me to slow down and appreciate the people who matter before it’s too late. Powerful and necessary.
Take care,
cheerio,
Rolph
