Untitled
I will come and go,
Like a scattered drop
against the waves of the ocean.
I will blend the light With memories,
and be swallowed
By what was once my birth.
A fleeting shimmer, on the deep's cold breath.
I will leave shattered beliefs,
And flatter the skies with my salt,
Only to merge with the ocean.
Perhaps the path I've paved,
Will be for a moment, unwavered
By night or day, the dampness
Will still remain, a lived testament.
A single ripple, where the boundless heart lies.
Bit by bit I will rip the center,
The ocean's floor will know
Me like many others before,
That I've touched the skies,
And watched floors of death.
With courage, knowing I was once.
