Saoirse don Phalaistín!

entry picture

I’d love to lull

my little lad

so tenderly

to dreamy sleep,

to cradle my

wee baby boy,

to hold him close,

then, when he’s quiet,

to lay him in

his comfy cot,

but your Jimmy

and your Jenny

follow orders,

genocide

is what we do:

hope you’re happy,

hope you’re proud,

that from England’s

pleasant land,

your sons and daughters

sent us death,

helped blast my babe

to itty-bitty

little bits……..

Most so-called civilized countries have experienced a civil war. I’m minded to think that Palestine may need one between the People and Hammas! in order to move forward.
It’s only a view, no need to respond

This isn’t just a poem; it’s a cry. A demand to be seen. It doesn’t ask for interpretation, really. It asks for accountability. 🙏🏻🕊️
