Schrödinger’s Smiley Kind of Days

Positioned in distance,

Is a mysterious box,

Underlined by a fence,

Stated to not be unboxed,

Because life’s better that way,

Series of unexpected events

That one could smile away,

Or go down a steep descent;

Sometimes in utter disarray,

And sometimes adherent.

A smile that’s presently felt

Can soon and speedily melt,

A person who’s well-known

Can tomorrow be disowned,

The days are alike earthly-

Sometimes it recklessly rains,

And sometimes it’s sunny;

One can’t expect all rays always,

We’re in Schrödinger’s

Smiley kind of days.

A smashing poem, Manish. Its words entertain and invite us to think.
