Spirals of life is a lesson 

rejection is protection 

jealousy is reflection' 

Addiction is suppression.

Depression is submission 

Society is an illusion 

To keep you in confusion 

Be ware of the ones who treat you as possession 

Forgive them for what they do 

For they lack own recognition 

Subconscious takes over from the past lack of attention 

Words have been weaponised and left scars 

Those who thrive for gratification 

It's not wrong to seek love 

But we should find it within our own dimension 

Look deep within instead of depending on others perception 

It may be pilgrimage of pain 

To come to turns with our inner darkness and obsessions 

Don't spend life climbing mountains from your own dug ditches of karmic self inflictions

Cycles will repeat until we next reach cog of awakening 

Learn to forgive not forget 

Be honest and patient and kind learn from past Regrets 

Apply love honesty and kindness in every situation 

And we will all be on the way to spiritual accession
